Job Overview:

Digital Advertising and Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires designing, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns while leveraging marketing automation tools to enhance and streamline our digital marketing funnels and results.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Digital Ads Strategy:

  • Lead the formulation of digital ads strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Develop written ad strategies and meticulously document ads campaigns for reference and analysis.

Digital Advertising:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies across ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  •  Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including budget allocation, reconciliation, targeting, and creative optimization. 
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the effectiveness of digital ads campaigns and prepare and present to monthly account meetings.

Marketing Funnel Automation:

  • Design and implement automated marketing funnels to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to create, deploy, and optimize campaigns, ensuring efficient workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into various stages of the marketing funnel.

Audience Targeting and Segmentation:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences and develop precise audience targeting strategies.
  • Implement segmentation techniques to tailor marketing messages for different audience segments, enhancing campaign effectiveness.

Landing Page Creation:

  • Design and create compelling landing pages that align with campaign goals and enhance user experience.
  • Optimize landing pages for conversion, ensuring a seamless transition from click to conversion.

Ad Creative Development:

  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad campaigns that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine and optimize ad creatives for improved performance. 

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs related to both digital advertising and marketing funnel automation.
  • Generate regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness , provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and report to the account team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Strong comprehensive knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Go High Level, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and their integration with marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for developing impactful ad campaigns.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
  • Communication Skills – Ability to express ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing.
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline focused.
  • Ability to problem solve and identify trends to extract insights from analytics and data.

Work Experience & Education:

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of SEM techniques.
  • Thorough knowledge of WordPress including basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS.
  • Knowledge of Google applications such as Google Ads, Google My Business and Analytics.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital advertising and marketing automation campaign development.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field and life experience. 

Preferred Skills:

  • SEO Strategy: Collaborate on the development and execution of SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings.
  • Email Marketing Development: Contribute to the development of email marketing strategies, creating impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
